In the world of Information Technology, systems, codes, and software are in a perpetual state of change and Jeremy excels at staying ahead of the constantly moving curve. “I’m all self-taught in terms of IT,” Jeremy says. “Having learned everything from the ground up, I have a deep understanding of how things work and interface.”

Jeremy and Ann’s relationship goes back to the days before 1st Service Solutions was even a dream. “I was a research analyst doing lots of look-ups and loan doc reviews for assumptions to help Ann out in her position,” Jeremy remembers. “I still do lots of financial analysis, but our unbiased approach is what I value most about our company. It doesn’t matter how much money a client does or doesn’t have; we see it as our job to help them get done what they need to get done—and that’s hard to find in a company these days.”
