Do you like short lines or long lines?

When you are checking out of the grocery store, do you search for the shortest line or the longest line?

Why don’t you do the same thing when buying distressed commercial real estate properties? The line most people get in when buying distressed commercial properties is the “special servicer line”; which is the longest line around.  There is a line a mile long!  The second most common line is the note auction line; which also has a very long line and very limited merchandise.

If you want the shortest line, buy direct from current owners off market. There are even a few express lanes for this type of purchase.  If you are not familiar with these express lines, contact me and I will show you the line!
