MARK HALL

Mr. Hall has more than twenty-five years of experience in managing, originating, structuring and consummating various types of real estate transactions, including acquisition of debt and all types of REO assets. He has also been responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and new business development in the CMBS special servicing and the financial industries.

Since 1996 NAI Hunneman’s Capital Markets Group, under the direction of Mr. Hall, has represented some of the largest U.S. and international financial institutions, institutional investors, private owners and developers in the purchase, restructuring and sale of commercial real estate mortgages and mortgage instruments. Since its formation, NAI Hunneman’s Capital Markets Group has been involved in more than $1 billion of transactional volume which included sub-performing and non-performing loans, structured investment vehicles and property acquistions.

Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, Mr. Hall was a Vice President at First Winthrop and Winthrop Financial where he oversaw and directed a team which syndicated over $500 million in privately placed equity.

Managing Principal, ORCHARD STREET PARTNERS LLC Mark Ferraris is the founder and principal for Orchard Street Partners LLC, a management consulting practice which focuses on services and solutions for the financial services industry. Mark has spent more than 25 years in the global banking financial services industry in a variety of disciplines including trust and fiduciary, processing and technology services.

JOE PETERSEN

Joe Petersen is currently serving as the Area Chairman for the C12 Group. He helps Christ-centered CEO’s and business owners with success while also enjoying a better work/life balance.

Joe has worked for 30+ years as a development, construction, and marketing professional in various facets of the real estate housing industry. He was named “40 Under 40” by the Dallas Business Journal for his work in real estate. Joe’s real estate partners included the Perot Family, the Bass Family, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, and the Disney Company. He is also actively involved in numerous charitable organizations.

She is accomplished in directing marketing, promotions, media and public relations programs for companies of all sizes and status. She also serves on numerous boards and involved in as many non-profits.

Gordon Bond is currently the President of Bond Arms Inc., the leader in the double barrel handgun industry in manufacturing high quality, stainless steel, built like a tank, large caliber, personal protection handguns. Bond Arms has a firm commitment to superiority in design and manufacturing and enjoys an outstanding reputation within the industry.

Gordon took over the business from his brother, Greg Bond, in 2007 and has experienced 4-times growth since. Bond Arms is celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2015!
