Dillon Butler has an eye for the details that matter—the kind of details that keep clients happy and by meeting the needs that matter most to them. As a self-described ‘determined individual who works very hard,” Dillon first learned the importance of small details making a big impact in the hospitality industry. “After years learning the hotel business top to bottom and working in just about every department possible, I learned how important it is to meet the needs or solve the problems of your guests,” Dillon explains. “A lot of what I do as an Analyst, transfers to helping future clients by analyzing their situation and identifying what they need most.”

 “In my position I look at a lot of loan triggers that typically cause problems for borrowers and analyze lots of property reports in order to filter out the clients best suited for our 1st Service Solutions team,” he says. “While I am pursuing leads for our leadership team to contact, it’s got to be a good fit for both the prospective client and our group. We don’t reach out to anyone we don’t think we can help in a significant manner. It’s best for everyone that way.”

Good weather weekends or sunny afternoons after work you can usually find Dillon on a laidback motorcycle ride off the beaten path and winding through nearby countryside. He also enjoys a game of hoops with friends or hanging with his dog, Rocky.
