If ever there was an unsung hero in the smooth operations of 1st Service Solutions, it’s Suzy Butler. As keeper of the calendars, coordinator of meetings, and scheduler extraordinaire, Suzy takes multi-tasking to a whole new level. She graciously keeps our crew on schedule, manages our team’s comings and goings, and generally helps us present our best selves to our clients. In short, she’s the air traffic controller to a whole lot of jet engines gunning for take-off.

Though technically she came on board as Ann’s primary assistant, she quickly adapted to the 1st Service Solutions culture: to jump in and serve wherever and however is needed. That means, in addition to managing Ann’s schedule, Suzy also keeps Pookie’s appointments, oversees staff birthday celebrations, and other officewide events.

“The culture here is contagious…contagiously happy,” says Suzy. “We’re like a wonderful family.” And that means a lot to Suzy. “I tend to be very loyal in two primary areas—with my family and where I work. Loyalty is a big deal for me. It tells others you’re all in for the long haul and that you’ll be there when they need you.”
